  1. Appointment Scheduling
  • Clients are required to book appointments in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • Any changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  1. Confidentiality
  • All client information and discussions are strictly confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to ensure effective service delivery.
  1. Payment Policy
  • Payment for services must be made prior to or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. In case of cancellation from client no refund would be provided
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior while interacting with staff and other visitors.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Personal data collected during registration and sessions will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and improving our offerings.
  • Our full privacy policy is available on request.
  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, depending on availability.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded.
  1. Limitations of Services
  • Our counselors and advisors provide guidance based on the information provided by the client. The final decision and actions lie solely with the client.
  • Brainwave Solutions LLP is not responsible for outcomes arising from client decisions made post-session.
  1. Parental Consent for Minors
  • Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the initial consultation. Written consent from the parent/guardian is mandatory.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Materials, tools, and resources shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Brainwave Solutions LLP and are intended for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Brainwave Solutions LLP is not liable for delays or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen events.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to help us improve our services. Complaints can be addressed to our customer care team, and we aim to resolve them promptly.
  1. Agreement Acceptance
  • By scheduling an appointment or visiting Brainwave Solutions LLP, clients agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
